Pushed the cable at that point toward the inner door slightly. Also eliminated 1 of 3 motor mounting screws in order to angle the motor slightly, which achieved greater clearance. Could have shimmed the 3rd screw (washer between the inner door and motor) however 2 screws hold fine. This manipulation was done simply by reaching in and adjusting. Up and down smoothly now.
