Seller accidentally sent the wrong item, however they were prompt in responding to me and sent the correct item out immediately. Both the item I ordered and the one I received accidentally were packaged immaculately. Seriously, the most professional packaging I've ever seen - better than online retailers. There's almost no way an item from this seller will be damaged in transit.
Once the proper item was received, it was exactly as described and worked perfectly. Definitely would buy from again.

Item arrived, very well packaged in a timely manner. At first I thought the unit had some issues but it ends up it just had not warmed up to ambient temperature. Seller was good with communications though their video demonstration actually gave me pause (the person doing the video wasn't really playing music from this machine!). I chanced this because of a previous buyers review and think the unit is everything as described! Would buy from again!
