Outbaxcamping were prompt and helpful in replying, and VoltX have confirmed these are the same product. Very happy with the service, the product is so far excellent although i haven't used it to power my fridge yet.

When the seller found out that I had no power they did everything possible to get the generator to me. Aus post were great in NSW, the generator hit Vic and was bounced around for five days ,it appeared to have left Seymour At approx 1.50 am . DON'T USE AUSTRALIA POST IN Vic. It would be cheaper to use a courier b
