When received, box showed no sign of squashing or being tampered with. Tested part for functionality & it failed. Live outside USA so return part would not happen. Took pictures of damage part, intact box, & emailed seller my experience. Cheerful refund happened the next day.

Package was damaged and repacked by Canada Post. All the bearings were there, although the plastic sleeve from one of the packages was missing. It took about a month to arrive, which was the estimated time.
