    Bought to make l. Reuteri yoghurt and it seems to work well, so I am happy with the product. Just be aware that it says 20billion CFU on the front but that is per 1g and each capsule is only 500mg so it's really 10billion CFU per capsule, a bit of confusing marketing.

    My intention is to culture a yoghurt on dairy and inulin at human body temp for 36 hours. First attempt failed. When I'm out of hospital I'll be trying again. I trust it's the real deal and will reorder only if a culture grows. I expect to be gifting this to family if it is live. I don't know if customs have gamma irradiated it or not.
