This was especially disappointing because I purchased from overseas, so between the item and postage costs this purchase ended up quite expensive for me. While I'm aware exchange rates aren't the seller's fault, I did expect the quality to be as described and better communication from the seller. I have tried wiping the stains out with a wet cloth but they wouldn't come out.
