I cancelled the order after waiting 6 days for it to be sent, the seller replied saying they have a "10 day processing dispatch time" 😳 personally I don't think that should be allowed 🤨 I thought it was 7 days but seriously it should only be 48 hours..

I sent a message to the seller suggesting they mention that they "have a 10 day processing dispatch time on all items" in the description of all the items that they have for sale.. it's only fair to pre warn us, isn't it? Why should this seller, and only this seller think it's ok for us to have to wait over 2 weeks for our items to arrive?

I AGREE WITH YOU, BUT MOST BUYERS DO NOT ever READ THE DESCRIPTION, THEY LOOK AT PRICE AND PHOTO... EBAY SHOULD MAKE IT CLEAR AT CHECKOUT - THEY OFFER AND ALLOW THE TERMS OF DISPATCH! I APPRECATE YOU ARE NOT BLAMING ME!

I don't like giving 5 Stars unless it's merited. Yes, the items arrived much later than I was hoping for/expecting but I believe Cornelia went out of her way to put my mind at ease that these needed envelopes had been sent (by phone calls and emails). So, that deserves 5 Stars. Just be prepared that they aren't sent immediately and that Australia Post - much like Royal Mail - isn't what it used to be, so just sit back and wait; they will arrive eventually.
