Even though the delivery service was terrible as the outside box was severely damaged & this produced 3 x broken lightbulbs
As for the business they were quick, friendly & resolved the odour in the matter of a couple of days

the order arrived but regretably one of the 5 bulbs in the pack had a crack in it even though the package was in fine condition. On contacting the supplier they immediately apologised and arranged a replacement of the 5 pack and this arrived 48 hours later. Excellent and efficient service.
