A much smaller luggage rack was sent. 104 x 61 x15 .They advised me the size advertised was an error.
But are still advertising it as 112x 100 x 15 . I had no response from messages I sent until Ebay took up and resolved the case. Well done EBAY Sadly the first negative I have given in over 400 Ebay purchases

Sorry, but the "lack of response" is just false. We responded within the first 24 hours of receiving your first two messages. Which at that time was the end of our working day. You then sent 4 more messages within 15 minutes. We acknowledged the issue with the item and WE refunded the order, not eBay.
