Fantastic product-simple to use, I bought 5 but my whole floor only used 1 and a half pens and took 2 hours total. Total transformation. I've washed the floor since and none of the paint on the grout has come off. Fabulous idea-easy product which makes a big impact- can't recommend enough.

For me this pen didn't work at all well, the nib wears out so quickly and even with the replacement nib, the spread doesn't get in-between the grout sufficiently. Used the paint with my own pointed sponge and then wipe there tiles clean, ok, but out of the box, i'd not buy again.

Fast delivery, works well, however wasn't completely obvious how to change to the smaller included nib, sadly destroyed one of the two items I bought in trying to change the nib - for anyone else, you don't try to pull off the end plastic enclosure (even if it looks like it comes off), you literally pull the nib out and put the new one in- but do this before using, else will get the 'paint' everywhere, also do over a sink.

Item arrived late. Messaged the seller asking if they could track where it is, never received a reply. Item finally arrived today and it's not at all like the picture. I ordered the blue ones and they are clearly shown as blue in the picture but in person they are light grey/silver. Either false advertisement or seller sent wrong coloirm messaged them to ask, seller AGAIN didn't respond. Was going to buy alot more for other rooms but won't bother. Id avoid seller as very poor customer service.

Buyer messaged yesterday and i replied today, which is 24 hours as stated in my description. I have told the buyer i am going to send a replacement to fix the issue of sending wrong colour. Mistakes happen and i always takes my customer seriously hence my exceptional feedback. Hopefully this feedback will be removed.
