I was extremely happy with my purchase and the whole buying experience with this seller. I bought an open box item and understood that there would possibly be some scratches, etc. on a item that was likely a return. The original purchaser was heavy handed and returned this with a few parts slightly damaged. I contacted the seller and they sent some replacement parts quickly (for example one of the castors was busted). Bottom line. If you are flexible and have some understanding of open box items. This is a very good price!!
