    Sturdy, strong, perfect size for all the 'stuff' one needs to have on a walk. LOOKS GOOD TOO!

    Very sturdy and well made, thick canvas. Perfect size for rolls up rainwear, lunch bag, purser, compass and spare socks and sun or rain hat and bottled water ... I am very happy with this. Just joined Ramblers Association as love walking and this works well as a haversack on my back - or over the shoulder...great quality and fantastically useful and suitable bag for a walker. Happy Me!

    Will suit some people more than others

    The bag is smaller than I thought it would be. Maybe I didn't study the description enough. And the strap is not very long, so can only hang from the near shoulder, not long enough to pull over the head and rest more securely on the other shoulder. But it looks nice enough and is well made. Perfectly all right if you haven't got much to carry.

    Ideal for work

    Great messenger bag, bought for work and is ideal the central pocket is perfect size for an A4 folder pads and documents and the end pocket for a travel mug /small flask or water bottle Seems a good heavy wearing material. If I have any criticism it would be the buckles to fasten it have to be put through at just the the right angle to fit. I guess a tap with a hammer or a squeeze with a pair of plyers would sort it but I seldom bother fastening it so no big deal. Great price for a good quality bag

    Shoulder bag

    Not bad quality on first inspection. Had to manipulate the crimps on the end of the securing straps to allow them to pass through the buckles easily but otherwise it's what I expected for the price.
