These glasses do not fit and I am unable to find out how to return. The acetate bar across the bridge keeps the glasses from resting on the bridge of the nose correctly. My optometrist would not put my lenses in them

Item as described. Very slow shipping! I ordered two other similar items from China weeks after I placed this order and received them a week earlier!? To make things worse, the packaging was lousy. No case or
cleaning cloth, just a flimsy plastic bubble wrap. I was going to do more business with this seller but I won't.
