    These folks are a great vendor to purchase from. I purchased two batteries, one worked fine, the other was DOA. Contacted Usedhandhelds about the problem and they sent a replacement item. No argument, no fuss, just fixed the problem. Too often today, "customer service" is an oxymoron. I wish all vendors on EBAY were as great to deal with as these folks are. I have bought several items from this vendor over the years, and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
