Product works as described, although much noisier than expected. Basket is good for rings and larger, but be careful putting necklaces, earrings & earring backs in it... the smaller items get stuck in the gaps. Freight company wouldn't deliver to my address and said they would return item to sender. Luckily they held the item for me to go pickup, but watch out for that. The box was extremely dinged up once I did get it, but no internal damage. Not a great experience overall, but fine now.

Item arrived broken. Contacted seller and was asked to email a video. I did. They offered partial refund $13. Then $18.95 and wanted to keep rest for postage..even though advertised with free postage. Communication took too long so eBay stepped in. Arranged for a free return postage address plus a full refund which the seller will have to pay.
I had checked out their feedback and it didn’t seem too bad so that’s why I went with them. Never again. Please be careful.
