  • Cousin Bette-a pretty good bet.

I bought this dvd, because of one of the actors in it. I found the piece to be very good. It goes into alot of detail about french life in the 1840's. Specifically about the rich and how they treated their women. I could have done without the one explicent sex scene that involves chocolate, but other than that it's pretty good. I would recommend it to others who like period dramas.
