At first I wasn't to happy with the shipping service until I emailed the business about the issue and I fully understand the problem with the major shipping company. The seller gave me 2 options we agreed to resend the product as it was no fault of the seller. I'm dealing with the same shipping issues from a different major on line company, that has been since Nov 12.
