I have bought several items from Manny's in the past and been happy with the transactions. This time you did your job and entrusted the item to AusPost to deliver. They didn't deliver it but left a card in a block of mail boxes at the front of the lifestyle village I live in. They didnt bother coming to the house as do all other carriers so I had to arrange collection at the Midland sorting centre. I shall of course contact Auspost.

Super fast postage, great communication, good price. I received the item I ordered -HOWEVER please note that while the product inside was new and unused the box did not come ‘unopened’ as it was opened to replace a US cable. There was no note to say this would happen or had happened. When I saw the cut seals I contacted the seller to discuss it, I was told ‘that’s how it is’. All in all it’s fine but I suggested this should be known by the buyer before committing. No compensation was offered.
