Item shipped not as per photo. Not even closed. How they shipped out with different item? Returned item got issue with shipping fee reimburse too. S*ck… waste my time…..

There were three of the items, I the one in the photo sold a while ago, I had 2 left, and I shipped him the best of the contactors, It was the same exact contactor but newer, He didn't want it and wanted his money back, I told him to go through ebay, when he sent it to my address for a refund, I even offered him a more expensive contactor, but obviously he nothing about contactors, and wanted to return it, I said he must through ebay. Then he claims it wasn't the one in the photo.
