The wire inlet sockets were smaller than all the others we have previously purchased making these unsuitable for our intended use. They were in good condition & otherwise described correctly. The seller would only say that this is the way he purchased them & would not consider a replacement or return.

Hi, as discussed via message that there are different sizes Pins(with diameter from 2.9 to 4.7mm) of 50A connector and the Pins we offered are the standard sizes(inner diameter is 3.8mm) that could be used to fix cables up to 8AWG thick which are widely used among our customers. You did not ask for extra large pins before purchase. We cannot afford any return or exchange so the price is so low. We also have no return policy listed on the product page, this is why your refund was rejected.
