    Good buy, works well, a little tricky to install and set up.

    Works great, installation and setup are a little tricky, but not terribly difficult. Device does need a C-wire. If you don't have one, installation will get dicey. Love the remote control capability via Z-Wave (my security system allows me remote control of this device).
