CURLY TOP: Shirley is the destitute little orphan girl who lives in an orphanage and plays cupid for her beautiful sister. They are discovered by a bachelor millionaire who whisks them off to his Park Avenue abode and promptly falls in love with the older sister. Never one to abandon her roots, Temple returns to the orphanage for some rousing song and dance routines with her friends. Features the hit songs "Curly Top," "When I Grow Up" and "Animal Crackers In My Soup." A remake of the 1919 Mary Pickford production DADDY LONG LEGS and remade again in 1955 with Fred Astaire and Leslie Caron.HEIDI: Set in the Swiss Alps during the 19th Century, the film opens with Heidi's Aunt Dete (Mady Christians) taking her to live with the girl's grandfather Adolph Kramer (Jean Hersholt), a rather ill-tempered hermit. Although the old man at first refuses to speak to the girl, he soon grows to love her. Because of her he agrees to attend church, and the two are accepted into the local community. Heidi's aunt suddenly returns, kidnapping the girl and taking her to the home of her wealthy employer Herr Sesemann (Sidney Blackmer), in Franfurt. He needs a child to spend time with Klara (Marcia Mae Jones), his invalid daughter, since he's often away on business. Heidi soon tries to escape, while her grandfather has already begun the 100-mile journey to Franfurt to find her. LITTLE MISS BROADWAY: Shirley is a talented orphan who lands in a hotel for entertainers. When the crusty old owner threatens (Edna Oliver) to turn her out, Little Miss Broadway kicks up her heals to the tune of "Be Optimistic," "If All the World Were Paper" and more. George Murphy shows off his tap-dancing skills as Shirley's dance partner.

    All were available in black & white or color. Shirley temple is always positive no matter the character she portrays. I love watching these movies when I want to feel brave and optimistic along with her.

    Shirley Temple

    I watched Shirley Temple as a young girl. Imagine how delighted I was to find out that my middle grand daughter who is 3 loves to watch the Shirley Temple movies. What a better place to find them than on ebay. I got her volume one for her Birthday and volume three for Valentines day. She watches them for hours. It is great to sit and watch the movies with my grand daughters something they enjoy that i enjoyed years ago. I have bid many times on volume two, and lost.

    Excellent quality DVD that I can defintely recommend.

    This is an excellent buy for any Shirley Temple fan. I have two granddaughters ages three and four that adore her, and I got this for them. I love that it has either black and white original or the color version on each DVD. Top quality and a good buy. They just love it and so do I.

    LOVE THEM

    ALL YOUR OLD SHIRLEY TEMPLE IN VOLUME SETS. MY DAUGHTER IS TWELVE AND LOVES MOVIES LIKE ANNIE, GREASE, AND WEST SIDE STORY SO I THOUGHT WHAT ELSE WOULD SHE LIKE AND CAME UP WITH SHIRLEY TEMPLE, EVERYONE LOVE SHIRLEY. I WAS RIGHT MY DAUGHTER LOVED THEM SO NOW WE HAVE BOUGHT ALL SIX SET AND THEY ARE COLORED VERISION! WELL I HOPED I HELP THEY ARE WORTH THE MONEY. I BOUGHT MY FIRST SET AT BEST BUY WHICH WAS VLUME 6 THAT WAS ALL THEY HAD AND IT WAS 25 PLUS TAX SO WATCH HERE ON EBAY YOU WILL FIND THEM AT A BETTER PRICE I DID FOR ALL THE REST.
