    book about seed to plant and growing up trellis

    book easy to read for all ages,has a moral to story, bought for summer reading with kids. You can see how seed starts out and becomes a plant and starts to grow. When plant is tall enough it starts to curl onto the trellis and climb up until it reaches the top. Pictures are very good in book. Moral to story is patients,wait a while ,give it time and you will see what happens ,when it is time, the plant know and it will produce very pretty flowers.

    The Trellis and the Seed by Jan Karon

    We small Grandchildren and hope to read the book to them at our next visit. We found it very down to earth but filled with easy to understand ideas...many to be discussed at length with the children over cookies and milk. Highly recommended for all ages!

    The Trellis and the Seed

    I bought this book because it was written by Jan Karon, an author I appreciate. I thought my grandchildren might enjoy it. The book is a story about patience, faith, and their rewards. It is well written and enjoyable for all ages. It is a story told simply and eloquently.
