Have been asked by seller to revise rating, but not sure why. Item was significantly costlier than equivalents elsewhere, but I wanted to avoid using Amazon. Ordered these on 4th for delivery by 8th. On 15th, when tracking showed they hadn t even been received by Royal Mail, I queried it with the seller. Without any response, they simply refunded my money - which was returned very promptly. But I didn t want my money back - I wanted the bulbs I d ordered! All it would ve taken was an email.

Even though the delivery service was terrible as the outside box was severely damaged & this produced 3 x broken lightbulbs
As for the business they were quick, friendly & resolved the odour in the matter of a couple of days
