Item came broken. Contacted seller with pictures and no response. Prior to shipment asked seller for tracking number, and they responded quickly and helpful. Item is beautiful and can't fault it. Was shipped in a box and bubble wrap, but the breakage did happen. Wish seller responded or acknowledged. Being ignored is why I gave neutral, otherwise would have been positive.
