I was told that the fitting instructions would be included. An email arrived saying that the instructions where in an attachment, they weren't. Several emails later they haven't even had the decency to acknowledge me let alone sent the instructions. My best advice would be to take your business elsewhere, Very poor customer service. It doesn't bode well for my returns experience,
