I don't personally notice a difference in my body or energy from this or other vitamins I've used. These are small, one a day and great price. Nutrition label is comparable to the more reputable I've researched. 30 day supply vs. (1) year+ supply and cost less, Don't really have to think to hard to figure out what's the best deal. :-) I like Kirkland Products

It's good for the price
I expect a multivitamin to make me active, give me energy, make me alert as when I drink coffee. I can barely achieve this by taking 2 capsules a day instead of one as specified by the product. The product is good and has a good price, but I expected more ... maybe I should pay more for another product.
