The buyer purchased several pants - including different sizes. He didn't bother to ask any sizing questions before purchasing them - so he obviously intended to return at least one pair before even making the purchase. Then, after he purchased them, he asked for an additional discount - which was denied. We accepted the return and he received the full refund due. The buyer paid for shipping and return shipping as that is our eBay store policy. Our items & our service was not the issue here.

Seller refused to combine shipping even though their item description stated they would. They packed in 3 pair of pants into a dictionary sized bag that cost $20.00 to send and charged me almost 3 times that in shipping.

This is not true. Nothing in any of these listings or on our eBay store page that even remotely indicated the item(s) were eligible for combined shipping. Shipping terms were clearly stated on the listing pages. That was also clearly the case when the buyer checked-out and paid. Anyone can check our H.S.M. pant listings and our eBay store page to confirm that this buyer is making a false statement. He had the option to cancel his order and didn't so the overall value was clearly worth it to him
