Absolute waste of time, didn't post my item and no contact, had to get ebay to organize a refund and still no contact or apology.

The fact was that we missed the order as we did not correctly put the business offline during xmas tiime. Buyer requested a response and we approved an immediate refund with no questions asked. This was initiated by us the business and not Ebay.
