Seller shipped a extremely heavy receiver in a single ply box with rolled up UPS mailers all around it expecting it to make the trip from her location to North Florida. Of course it was destroyed when it arrived because it wasn't packaged properly. Jump through multiple hoops to try to get a shipping claim paid for the seller. Was successful and then seller requires me to send the item back at my own expense for boxing and packaging. Just save yourself the trouble and don't do it.
