But I gotta say this moves with some muscle and it locks into place love that it has a little brass button for the "base." I do wish the grips were a little better. But it cuts well through thin, medium, and thick leather. I've through that thick paper meant for water color painting. Like 3-4 sheets at a time. Great for belts! For the price great and got here fast.
