Hi! I bought your two TSP143III.
One made in Vietnam works really great with my clover system while another on made in Malaysia is not.
I connected the printer with my router and it is not connected even though the power is on.
I downloaded Star app which is the printer maker company, and tried to get the printer diagnosed to see what issue it is, but the printer does not register.
