I purchased a drain pump from this seller, specifically described as compatible with my model. However, upon receiving it and disassembling my washing machine, I discovered that the part did not fit. Despite providing photos to the seller, they insist denied liability and requested that I pay for the return shipping. Considering the inconvenience and additional costs incurred, I strongly advise avoiding this seller at all costs.

The listing had both Part No.and a picture of the part.The customer ordered it and we supplied the part that was pictured & as per the part no.in the listing.The customer had a part no.on a part from his machine which was different from our listing yet still ordered the part.LG’s parts system states that the part we listed and supplied is correct for the Model in our listing.We offered to exchange for the part needed but he declined. Some people can’t be helped & expect everyone else to pay.

Yes it was delivered but the incorrect item was ordered. The part in the newer microwave ovens has been rotated by 90 degrees. It was a part for a newer oven but still used the same Magnetron code number., the number I used to identify the part but incorrectly. The correct part is available, and the seller has agreed to swap. The parcel with my incorrect part was posted back. But seems it is being returned - however Australia Post informed me it would be returned Wed 27th or Thu 28th no delivery
