    Packaged excellently! I was curious about the battery life when I first got it. But seems to be doing pretty good. Get like 7 to 8 hours of watching video. Unfortunately slightly less running browsers and whatnot but that just might be this battery. Haven't had a chance to test it again. But it's small and light and definitely runs longer off the battery than my older laptop!

      Great travel laptop with the latest tech.

      This is a nice little laptop for travel. 14" is just the right size for my carry-on. The processor seems fast and it has lots of storage and memory. Win 11 will take a bit of getting used to but the basics are similar to Win 10. I love the fact that is has 2 Thunderbolt ports that can multi-task as power source and data transfer as well as charging external devices like my phone if needed. Also the 2 regular usb ports are also latest technology. And of course the price was awesome, being refurbished but its "certified refurbished" by Acer so it carries a 2 year warranty. The only negatives are 1) the Acer tech folks did not answer my questions totally about ports and charging (they are saying I HAVE TO USE the included charger while everything I read around the web says there are plenty ...

      Good budget laptop

      The first unit I received had a defective fan and made a loud noise. So i had to return it. Acer made the return process very easy. The second laptop I got seems well built, has more than enough battery life, performs really well, great trackpad , good keyboard (though keys hard to see sometimes during daytime) , has all the ports I need and generally feels well worth the price..

      Awesome powerful Budget Laptop that feels like a Premium Machine

      This Laptop punches way above its price. The Keyboard is lovely and hte battery life is superb. The only thing I can complain about is the 16:9 aspect ratio ... it be nice to have 16:10 but this is very nitpicky. The ports are generous and the build is great. I may actually sell my Dell because I like using this one more.

      Fan noise relatively loud

      The fan is loud but not that important for me, for I always wear earphones. Very nice specs for the laptop for the price of $413, best purchase
