The endoscope hardware works very well. However, when I carried out the download instructions for the "ViewPlayCup"(misspelt in manual?) or (perhaps "ViewPlayCap") software, as per the manual, the supplier's web page was all in Chinese with no English Language option! I ended up using NCH USB Video capture software instead which worked very well. This is the reason for the low Seller Communications rating.

These frames do exactly as described but BEWARE. The company sent and charge for 100 items when I ordered 10. They state it is my mistake even though it is impossible to purchase 100 stands for the price I was charged per item. Seller refuses to refund unless I pay for tracked insured return, but they didn't send the item that way. ALSO stated how the items were to be pack or money will be deducted . The items arrived in a very large box with no packaging. Go else where to buy. Rip-off.
