    A GOOD ROLE MODEL

    The founder of Mary Kay Cosmetics created an empire by women, for women with solid leadership skills. In 1963 she lived the "break the glass ceiling" mentality before it was known to exist. Should be a "must read" for young women with goals of successful business careers.
