I HAVE PLACED A DISPUTE WITH EBAY BECAUSE OF A DECEPTIVE AD. I CONTACTED AND CONFRONTED HIM WITH IT WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF DISCOVERY. AND HE AGREED TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION. EBA REFUSED TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION AND MY BANK HAS FILED A DISPUTE AGAINST EBAY. I BELIEVE THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED BECAUSE THE SELLER HAS NOT SHIED IT. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH EBAY'S PROCEDURES HERE. I BELIEVE THIS SELLER HAS DISCOVERED SOME QUIRK IN THE SYSTEM.
