The watch itself I would have given 4 stars, but the Closet App and Customer Support I would have given ZERO. Why? Because there is literally ZERO customer support for feedback, bug reporting, questions, user forums, user SDKs, etc. The Closet App (running on my iPad with latest iOS) has major bugs. For example: It converts pics on the iPad ready for custom use, but then cannot load any of the converted pics when designing a custom watch face. The only way I can customize a new face is to use the camera directly, and then there is no way to edit the photo (for brightness, contrast). And when I load a custom image via the camera, the software defaults to darker gray levels when I really want the lightest background possible (one equivalent to "white"). Then, once I have my custom graphic applied, the available date/time formats are ridiculously simple and bland. Why aren't the date/time formats that I see in the Store watch faces available for custom use? And why are the Store watch faces limited to exactly 100? Can't Sony count beyond 100? And why isn't there a user SDK available so that USERS can add their creations to the Store? And why isn't the watch battery replaceable?
