I purchase a teapot. It was packed so poorly the spot was shattered into tiny pieces handle broke off. Paid 33.15 US dollars for it. 26.15 was for shipping and duty charges to Canada 19.00 Us was returned with a sorry the Box was in perfect shape the packing was a thin and The box wasn’t much bigger than the item so there was no room for packing. The parcel was insured so she got her money I got nothing I’m out 14.15 Us She refused to discuss it further. Told me look into it wit eBay.
