The item was listed as new. But it was not. Had messed up packaging, smudges on the item, and old rusty batteries still inside, possibly a return and restock but then sold as new again. Thankfully they refunded without requiring me to return the item, which brings it back up to neutral.
Then portioning on the item also wasn't great. Perhaps it depends on the food you have but it got stuck and some portions were 1/4 the size, others were 2x the size.

This saw was delivered in an opened and damaged box and missing spare blade this saw looks second hand the unit worked for 5 mins then blade broke what a joke I suspect the blade is taken out and sold separately instead of being included as advertised the seller ignores emails and never answers you save your money guys and buy from a reputable seller and not these pretend sellers who sell returned or damaged products absolute waste of time and money buying from these guys
