    great for very high arches, sturdy, adjustable

    I've had prescription orthotics since 2002 for super high arches. I wanted extras for other shoes. Of all the over the counter orthotics I've tried, so far this is the highest arch one I've found. I got them for my kids and husband too all of whom pronate badly, these did a good job of correcting that though not completely on one daughter so when she is done growing she'll get prescription ones. These are sturdy, and they are easily adjusted by warming them in the oven and putting them in your shoes and walking on them to mold them to your foot. Heckuva orthotic for $30.
