I responded, please resend it. They refunded instead and told me to place the order again. Yeah, one package was probably never sent out. Told me the package is ready to be shipped out once I place another order. That’s because it was never shipped out. 2 couldn’t follow simple instruction. 3 At least they refunded me my money.
