The item is a laptop battery and it works perfectly now that I have it. The problem was that I needed it two weeks ago to fit to a laptop that I was giving as a gift. I only just received it now, three weeks after I ordered it. The ad read in big lettering FAST DELIVERY. I believe the seller took about a week to post it, but according to the tracking info, it somehow got misplaced for two weeks.
