      I only trust VG10 or Sandvik steel for a reason!

      Best cleaver ever, there's enough mass to chop through chicken bones and beef ribs, but small enough for quickly slicing onions and shallots without having to change knives. I've owned this knife for months and so far the edge has held up perfectly. Considering this cleaver is made from Swedish Sandvik steel, price-wise this is a bargain!
