Good headset with a drawback
A good headset with pro and con. Pro: sturdy and robust cord - won't break due to twisting/kinking like my previous headset. Con: when the cord is rubbed, you hear the amplified rubbing noise in the earpiece. So it's a great headset for the price as long as you don't move too much and have it rub against you when using it.

The product is okay. I wanted an over-the-head simple headset and this fits the bill. However, despite the picture, the product I received actually had a metal bar over the top of the head rather than the plastic one shown here. The metal is less comfortable and feels more flimsy to me than the plastic I have had in the past. Also, some of the plastic ones I have purchased fold up to a small size. This one does not. TLDR: It does the job, but is not as good as the plastic, folding overhead headsets I have purchased previously.The product is okay. I wanted an over-the-head simple headset and this fits the bill. Headset works as expected
You get what you pay for. It does look a bit on the cheap side but the audio quality was better than expected. Headband is a bit longer and flimsy than it needs to be and may not hold as securely as it should, but with some adjusting by bending and fiddling, works just fine. For the money, they work great and I would order again.

Too Loud
While the product is fine and as advertised, the earpiece is too loud. And, that is with my phone volume at the lowest level. I've owned numerous similar headsets over the years (they get heavy use, with my walking around, and I tend to break 1-2 of them per year, my fault). This is the first one ever where the volume in my ear -- even with the phone turned down -- is uncomfortably high.
