The best Humidifier available.
I have had dehumidifiers in the tropics, but they had to be isolated in rooms that weren't being used as when in the main living areas on they affected your tastebuds, developing a metallic taste. The Ausclimate model is an enormous improvement on prior products. Its lightweight, easy to empty and does a great job. It has 13 features, love the smell of my rooms after use and the laundry feature is the best of all! My unit has been borrowed by a daughter, whose son had a leaking fish tank, what a difference it made to his room after two cycles. She is also buying one. Can't highly recommend this product enough, its a must have! I was sceptical when it was suggested to me that I buy a dehumidifier, I was astonished from the 1st day at how much water it collected. We are running it every day atm. It does make the air around it a little warm so might not want it on in the summer, if we ever get one. It's lightweight and easy to move from room to room, more noise than I could sleep through so I put it in the bedrooms during the day. I'm very happy with this purchase. Look no further...
This dehumidifier really works. When you get one also purchase a humidity meter to see how effective it is and keep an eye on the ambient humidity. Great for drying clothes on damp rainy days. Rated No.1 by Choice Magazine, great purchase. Just fyi, it produces heat, so maybe not practical during the warmer months.
