Obwohl nicht der bestellte Artikel geliefert wurde, sondern ein ähnlicher, bin ich mit dem Shop zufrieden. Das Produkt ist zwar in Ordnung, aber bei "Carbon"-Folien mit einem diagonalen Faserverlauf, wie der falsch gelieferte, ist es mir wichtig, dass diese auf beiden Seiten des Autos in die gleiche Richtung verlaufen. Die Reklamation wurde sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bearbeitet. Den Artikel konnte ich behalten, das Geld war dann auch noch am selben Tag wieder auf meinem Konto. Topp!
