I read how to remove the fuse holder and did just what it said but the the fuse holder would not open up. I can't see if a spare fuse is in the compartment or not 😞 after reading all of the materials I plugged in the 2 purifier plates into the device as shown and then plugged in the device and followed directions to begin purifying my master bedroom/ bathroom. It all seems to be operating as it should.

They initially promised to resolve the issue but later informed me they couldn’t provide a replacement and offered a $30 refund for a $400 machine, which I declined. They also failed to follow up as promised, and without the remote, the machine’s functionality is limited.
