    Fun beginning reader book

Great for beginning readers. The story and pictures are very creatively done. Makes you want to keep reading to find out what happens. Humor throughout that will make you smile.

  • Dr. Seuss Put Me in the Zoo Book

This book was purchased for use in a Dr. Seuss celebration. The children loved the book. As with all Dr. Seuss books it is fun to read. There are great follow up art, language and math activities that can be used with this book. We also purchased the stuff animal that goes with the book as a companion piece for the teachers to use while reading the book and as a toy to play with for the children. This book is definitely a favorite Dr. Seuss. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Dr. Seuss!

  • If only the leopards at the zoo could REALLY do this...

This book is a classic. I remember this book from when I was a kid, and now I'm reading it to my kid. My two-year-old is fascinated with the rhymes and illustrations, and I don't mind reading it two or three times in a row because of the joy it gives her. She giggles at the goofy leopard, relates with the kids and asks questions about what she sees. The way I see it, if a book can hold a toddler's attention for more than a full minute, it must be doing something right. It was entertaining for me in my day, and it's entertaining for my little girl, so its a classic by any standard. Five stars and a strong recommendation!

  • I See Spots Before My Eyes

This is a story about a leopard who really could change his spots. He could change the color of his spots from red, to blue, to orange, to green, to violet. He could put his spots on a ball and on the wall. He could even make his friends polka- dotted! The zoo put the leopard out but with all the things he could do, the circus was the perfect home for him. This is a great read aloud for young children. Children will love the rhyming words and many opportunities to identify colors. Delightful illustrations. A+

  • Spot has lots of fun tricks

Very fun book for kids! Lots of color recognition, rhyming, opposites and other things to learn. My granddaughter loves it.
