After stressing my concerns to them they had the nerve to tell me that there is a few scratches over it but it's new ...I said to them new is new ..it would have been better if they listed it as an open box instead of a new item....I wouldn't recommend this vendor .I asked for a partial refund but they refused, so not happy with this purchase....You can look at the pics and see the condition.bad vendor
